There are fears that HSE staff in the North West are being neglected, resulting in an alarming increase in referrals for psychiatric stress.
According to figures obtained by Councillor Gerry Crawford, there were almost 500 referrals into Occupational Health Services for psychiatric stress in HSE North West last year.
Cllr. Crawford says while there are excellent staff employed within the region, they are being pushed to the limit.
