Brexit treaty 90% agreed – Coveney

The Tanaiste Simon Coveney says the withdrawal treaty is about 90 percent agreed.
The issues that remain outstanding relate mainly to the Irish Border issue.
EU Government heads will meet in two weeks time, where it’s hoped British Prime Minister Theresa May will have concrete proposals.
