Urgent clarity sought on respite services at Seaview House

 

There are renewed calls for both the Minister for Health and the HSE to deliver on their commitment to enhance and increase respite services at Seaview House.
It follows the announcement last November in which it was confirmed that responsibility for respite care services were being reassigned to the RehabCare group, the firm chosen to take over the south Donegal facility.
Local Cllr Noel Jordon says promises were made as part of the handover and families are concerned to if and when they will be fulfilled.
He’s demanding urgent clarity on a number of outstanding issues:
