Canadian police say nine people are dead in Vancouver, after a man drove into a crowd at a Filipino street festival.
The driver was arrested at the scene in the Fraser Street area of the city.
Deputy Chief Constable Steve Rai says the public helped detain the 30-year-old – who is known to police:
