Tyrone come from behind to beat Galway in Omagh


Tyrone came from trailing by seven points at half-time to beat Galway by 3-15 to 1-14 at Healy Park in Omagh on Sunday afternoon.
1-11 v 0-07 was the half-time score in favour of the Tribesmen but a poor defensive display from Galway coupled with quick-fire goals from Tyrone won the game for Mickey Harte’s side in the second period.
Peter Harte got Tyrone’s first goal before Mattie Donnelly capitalised on a mistake by the Galway goalkeeper to score the second and it was Conall McCann who scored their third goal deep into injury time at the end of the game.
