US Congressional delegation to visit Donegal-Derry border

 

A delegation of US politicians including House of Representatives speaker, Nancy Pelosi, will travel to the Derry- Donegal border today.
It’s part of a programme of activities during their visit to Northern Ireland.
Over the past three days Nancy Pelosi made known her views about Brexit and how it might impact on the Good Friday Agreement.
She said nothing must happen to cause the return of a hard border with Northern Ireland when addressing a joint sitting of the Dáil and Seanad yesterday.
