Ronan Curtis named Portmouth’s Young Player of the Year


Ronan Curtis has been named Portsmouth’s Young Player of the Year at the clubs annual awards this week.
Curtis moved to Pompey from Derry City last summer and has made a big impact at Fratton Park since his arrival scoring 12 goals in over 40 appearances.
Despite a hand injury which kept him out of action for a month, Curtis has play his part in helping Portsmouth fight for promotion and returned in their successful day at Wembley where they lifted the Checkatrade EFL Trophy.
The forward who made his senior appearance for the Republic of Ireland this season was also named the U21 International Player at the recent FAI Awards.
