Serious concern has been raised over delays in Donegal County Council taking in charge of Donagh Park in Carndonagh.
It was agreed in January that the process of taking over the estate would commence which was hoped would pave the way for repairs to the footbridge and riverwalk linking the estate and Carndonagh Community Hospital.
However, local Councillor Albert Doherty says 13 weeks have now elapsed since snag list works commenced in the estate which has resulted in the taking in charge of the estate by the council also being further delayed.
He says these delays are prolonging the concerns of residents in the estate:
