47 people awaiting beds at LUH

Letterkenny University Hospital was the third most overcrowded in the state this morning.
The INMO says there were 47 people awaiting in-patient beds at the hospital this morning, 17 of them on Emergency Department trolleys.
That’s one more than yesterday.
Nationally, the INMO says there were 679 admitted patients waiting on beds at hospitals across the country, the largest number, 63, at University Hospital Limerick.
