LYIT Donegal survive comeback scare to win

LYIT Donegal survived a second half comeback by Portlaoise Panthers to win 79-74, in An Danlann, Letterkenny.
Portlaoise came from 20 points down to lead in the second half but LYIT survived the scare and ran out winners to keep the pressure on Tradehouse Central Ballincollig at the top of the National Basketball Division One.
Manny Payton was top scorer for LYIT with 23 points, he was closely followed by Dom Uhl on 21 points.
