Irish Wheelchair Association urged to meet over closure of respite centre

The Irish Wheelchair Association is being urged to meet on Monday and think again about plans to close a respite centre in County Roscommon.
Thousands of people joined a rally in the town yesterday calling for the Cuisle centre to be saved.
Local Fianna Fail deputy Eugene Murphy has criticised the hasty nature of the decision, saying alternatives can be found if the centre is given time to explore other options.
