Wind warning in effect for Donegal

 

A status yellow wind warning is now in effect for Donegal with gusts of up 100km/h expected.
The alert came into effect for Donegal, Mayo and Galway from 8am and is valid until 8pm this evening Thursday:

Met Eireann is also forecasting heavy rain in places today with a risk of hill and coastal fog also.
