A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Donegal, Galway, Mayo and Sligo.
The alert will come into effect tomorrow afternoon at 3pm, and is set to last for 24 hours.
Met Eireann is forecasting heavy rain with a chance of some localised flooding.
It says there will also be high seas and gale force winds along the coast.
