India has been officially designated as a high risk country and added to the mandatory hotel quarantine list.
Today the country reported 379-thousand new cases of the virus and another 3-thousand-600 deaths – both global daily records.
It’s been added to the quarantine list along with Costa Rica, Georgia, Iran, and Mongolia.
The updated list will take effect from Tuesday morning at 4am.
