SF proposes €914m plan to ‘turn the tide for patients and healthcare workers’

Donegal Deputy Pearse Doherty says he would expect Letterkenny University Hospital to benefit from a Sinn Fein policy document to address waiting lists across the country.

The document proposes a fully costed €914m package, including a one-off capital investment of €568m, which Deputy Doherty says will turn the tide in favour of patients and healthcare workers.

He says the impact of growing waiting lists is set to hit a number of facilities nationally, none more so than Letterkenny University Hospital:
