A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a fire in the Rathmore Road area of Derry in the early hours of this morning.
There was noone in the building at the time.
Police say the blaze which was reported at 12.30 this morning, and was tackled by the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.
