The Oireachtas Housing Committee is to recommend a vacant property tax.
A new report, due out tomorrow, will call for the measure, which would see a tax on roughly 137 thousand empty properties around the country.
Earlier, the Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien said he was hopeful that it can be introduced as part of Budget 2023.
