Roisin Flanagan sets new Donegal and Northern Irish record at Commonwealth Games

Finn Valley Ac’s Roisin Flanagan has set a new Donegal and Northern Ireland record at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

In Sundays, 5000 metres, Flanagan finished in a time of 15 minutes 26.76 seconds to set the new record.

It was also a personal best for the Finn Valley runner who ended the race in eleventh place.
