Finn Harps were beaten 2-1 away to UCD in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division on Friday night.
Filip Mihaljevic’s penalty had Harps 1-0 up on 18 minutes but the sides were level just three minutes later with Donal Higgins netting for the hosts.
Evan Caffrey fired in a long range effort to win the game for the students on 58 minutes as Harps replaced UCD at the foot of the table.
