Rain warning upgraded to status orange for County Donegal, 12 other counties

Met Eireann has updated its weather warning for this weekend to orange for County Donegal, as well as 12 other counties.

It’s warning of intense periods of rainfall, with the potential of up to 50mm of rain, as well as more localised sudden storms.

The warning now comes into effect at 1am on Sunday morning, with the orange warning expiring at 8am.
