It’s expected a search will resume in the Twin Towns this morning after concern was expressed for the safety of a woman.
The Coastguard Rescue 118 helicopter spent time searching the area around the River Finn last evening before being stood down.
The Coastguard is leading the search with support from Gardai.
No further information is known at this time.
