Letterkenny Rugby Club suffered a 30-20 defeat to Ballyclare in the Towns Cup on Saturday afternoon.
At half time, they had led 13-12 but a strong second half showing for Ballyclare saw them claim the victory.
Elsewhere, in the All Ireland League Division 2c, Omagh were beaten for a fifth time this season, losing out 14-13 to Bangor.
