Gardaí have renewed their appeal for information in relation to a collision in Killybegs on Tuesday evening last in which a woman in her sixties lost her life.
The woman was involved in a collision with a van on Donegal Road, close to the Community Hospital at approximately 5.10pm.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage is asked to contact gardai in Killybegs or Ballyshannon.
Meanwhile, Gardaí are seeking information or footage regarding a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle at quarter to ten on Sunday night on the N15 at Cappry, Ballybofey.
There were two men on board the bike which was travelling towards Donegal Town. Both were brought to hospital, but neither sustained life threatening injuries.

Gardaí in Ballyshannon are appealing for
witnesses following a fatal road traffic
collision in Killybegs on Tuesday the 10th
of January.
At approximately 5:10pm, Gardaí and
emergency services were alerted to a collision
involving a van and a pedestrian on the
Donegal Road, Killybegs.
The female pedestrian, a female in her 60’s
sadly passed away following the collision.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may
have witnessed this collision to come
forward. They are also appealing to those
with camera footage (including dashcam)
from the area at the time, to make it available
to them.

– Ballybofey Gardaí are investigating a
single vehicle road traffic collision that
occurred on the N15 at Cappry, Ballybofey
on Sunday the 15 th of January at approx.
9.45pm. The collision involved a
motorcycle. There were two men on
board the bike at the time. Both men
were taken to Letterkenny University
Hospital for medical treatment. Neither
sustained injuries which are believed to
be life threatening in nature. The
motorcycle was travelling from Ballybofey
towards Donegal Town at the time of the
collision. We appeal to road users who
travelled on that busy route around the
time who had a dash cam to make the
footage available to us. If anybody
