Donegal suffered their second successive defeat on the National Football League Division One, going down by eight points to Monaghan.
1-20 to 0-15 was how it finished with Sean Jones grabbing the Farney County’s goal in the closing minutes of the game.
The win is the first for Monaghan in this years Division One campaign.
