The average standardised rent in Donegal in new tenancies is €809.
That’s according to figures from the Residential Tenancies Board covering the period from July to September last year.
There’s been a year on year increase of 15.7% on rents in the county and when compared to figures from the second quarter of 2022, they are up 4.1% from €777.
