A 41-year-old man arrested under the Terrorism Act in the Creggan area of Derry has been released following questioning.
The arrest by Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Terrorism Investigation Unit (TIU) was part of their investigation into New IRA activity.
The investigation continues.
The man was also released on police bail pending further enquiries for fraud related offences.
