A Sligo-Leitrim TD yesterday highlighted the issue of access to health care for those with cancer in Donegal and along the western seaboard.
Deputy Martin Kenny sought a commitment from Government in the Dáil to continue to work to re-open the Western Rail Corridor.
He says other modes of transport are not suitable for those travelling to avail of treatment:
