Twelve drivers were caught speeding in Letterkenny inside one hour yesterday afternoon.
The Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit was conducting speed check on the dual carriageway, in which there is a 110kph speed limit.
The motorists have been issued fixed charge penalty notices, a fine of €160 and will receive 3 penalty points.
