113 complaints have been lodged in Donegal with the ISPCA this year so far.
The statistics come as the animal protection charity are appealing for more donations amid a crisis in the sharp rise of animal cruelty in Ireland.
€100,000 has been donated so far however they say more is needed to cope with the post-pandemic surge in cases.
