Hopes for a cinema in Donegal Town have reignited as a for sale sign has been placed in the Drumlonagher site.
Pre-existing planning permission in place for a cinema at the location.
Mayor, Pauric Kennedy said he hopes the developer will see the potential.
He added that Donegal Town needs more facilities for the well being of the community:
