Gardai in Donegal are reminding road users to be mindful when travelling, particularly on country roads as hedge cutting season gets underway today.
A visible increase in large machinery is expected along roadsides over the coming weeks with people now permitted to cut their hedges between September 1st and March 1st.
Gardai are urging motorists to drive with due care and remain alert at all times.
