The Seanad has been told that the government is awaiting legal advice on whether it should take a case in Europe against the UK government’s Legacy Bill which passed into law last week.
Minister of State Sean Fleming said it’s an issue the government is taking very seriously.
The issue was raised by Senator Niall Blaney, the Fianna Fail Spokesperson on Northern Ireland…………
