A driver threw a package of suspected cannabis out of the window of their car after failing to stop for Gardaí from Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit.
The package is believed to be valued at €1,100.
Upon eventually stopping the driver who was thought to be using their phone while driving and not wearing a seatbelt, Gardaí arrested them on suspicion of drug driving.
