The number of homes eligible for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant is being doubled.
Cabinet ministers agreed to the move today, which will raise the target to 4 thousand homes to be delivered by 2025.
In addition, the Local Government Home Loan Scheme has been extended to include derelict buildings.
