Number in emergency accommodation doubles in North West

The number of people in need of emergency accommodation in the North West has doubled over the past two years.

So far this year, 227 households comprising of 266 adults and 207 children sought the support of the North West Simon Community.

The organisation has launched a Christmas campaign, seeking funds to support those at risk or experiencing homelessness in the region.
