45 new homes are to be constructed in Ramelton.
Donegal County Council granted planning permission to Glenmac Developments Limited.
The permission includes the dwellings, all associated site works, sewer connections and existing access through Coylin Court Housing Estate as well as a proposed pedestrian/cycle path to Bank Terrace Road.
