Recruitment, retention and pay are lacking – Derry bus driver

The North’s Secretary of State is being told urgent action is needed on what’s being described as “unacceptable public pay disparity.”

It comes as plans are full steam ahead for tens of thousands of public sector workers to take to the picket lines in two days time.

Nurses, teachers, PSNI staff, road gritters, and public transport workers are among those taking part in the walk-out.
