Donegal is one of the more affordable regions to live in in Ireland.
According to the Irish Independent’s How Much Is Your House Worth 2024 survey, the average house price in the county is €305,000, up 2% when compared to last year.
Irish Independent Property Editor Mark Keenan says the cross border holiday homes market has stalled.
