Some AXA car insurance customers could be getting refunds soon.
According to the Irish Independent, about 400 customers were overcharged as the company failed to recognise the likes of no-claims bonuses.
One customer reported getting a letter to inform them of their refund.
The issues are believed to date back to 2020.
