GAA club appeals for respect after damage to new carpark surface

A local GAA club has made an appeal for respect on social media.

Red Hughes GAA shared images which showed tyre tracks on their newly resurfaced car parking facilities.

A spokesperson said that at 10.10pm on Wednesday night a car entered the facility and attempted to do donuts, tearing up the work that had been done.

The new road surface was the result of fundraising efforts by the local community.
