McConalogue says National Biomethane Strategy could prove a lucrative one for farmers

The Agriculture Minister says farmers could gain a potentially lucrative income if they sign up to the new National Biomethane Strategy.

This is a long-awaited plan to produce zero-carbon homegrown gas from grass and organic waste.
