A man has been charged in connection with an assault in South Donegal last year.
The man aged in his 40’s was arrested as part of an investigation into an assault at a premises in Ballyshannon on Saturday, May 6th 2023.
He appeared before Tubbercurry District Court on Wednesday morning.
Gardai say as the matter is now before the courts, they are not in a position to comment further at this time.
