The footpath beside the area of Letterkenny’s Main Street where three building were demolished at the weekend has now fully reopened.
Last night, comprehensive site clearance works were carried out, with the demolition site now clear, and measures taken to strengthen the walls of the remaining buildings.
The road on the left heading down the Market Square has also been cleared, but as of this morning, a barrier remains in place and traffic is being diverted to the right in front of the bandstand.
