Uisce Eireann say work to restore water supplies is continuing across the county.
Problems are still emerging, includng a power outage may cause supply disruptions in South Donegal, with Mountcharles, Eddrim Glebe, Lough Eske, Drumgorman and surrounding areas inset to be affected.
Works are scheduled to take place until 4pm this afternoon.
