There’s a warning of high rates of the winter vomiting bug at the moment.
100 cases of norovirus were recorded last week alone, according to data from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre.
Anyone suffering from vomiting or diarrhoea is advised to avoid emergency departments, and contact their GP or pharmacist by phone instead.
