There has been outrage in Buncrana after significant damage was caused to the Festival Park in the town.
In a photo posted to social media, it appears someone drove through protective fencing.
Local councillor Jack Murray is asking anyone with information to come forward.
He says he will be looking for the fence to be repaired as soon as possible.
