The Enough is Enough A5 campaign group will speak in the High Court in Belfast later today.
This is because a judicial review against the proposed development is under way by a group of residents and landowners.
The campaign group says the voices of their loved ones who died on the road will be heard 17 years, 8 months and 16 days after the new dual carriageway was approved by the executive.
