There’s calls for facilities to be developed in Donegal for young car enthusiasts.
Councillor Micheal Choilm MacGiolla Easbuig believes providing a controlled environment such as stock car tracks will in turn improve road safety by helping to reduce danger from public roads.
He says engagement with young people is vital to establish a safe space for them:
