People in Ramelton, Milford, and Kerrykeel are being urged to conserve water.
Uisce Eireann says it is continuing to closely monitor the water level at Lough Colmcille.
The utility is asking people to be mindful of their water usage, to allow supply to catch up with demand and enable reservoirs to fully replenish.
