Seamus Coleman’s last ever game at Goodison Park before Everton move to their new stadium ended after just 18 minutes on Sunday afternoon.
The Killybegs man appeared to pickup an injury and signalled the bench that he was unable to continue and was replaced by Ashley Young.
After leaving the field the Donegal man went straight down the tunnel.
Everton boss David Moyes has confirmed earlier in the season that Coleman will remain part of his squad for next season.
